You are required to bring your own 10x10 setup. There is an extra 10 feet in the back for cooking. For custom setups, specify size on application.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) REQUIRED. Proof must be provided prior to the event. One million ($1,000,000) per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate limit. Auto Liability required to drive into event premises to load and teardown.

Upon approval you will be emailed the Additional Insured, Coverage Requirements, Dates of Coverage and Certificate Holder information.
TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY (TFF) HEALTH PERMIT required prior to the event. Fee not included.

CITY REQUIREMENT: Once approved for the event you are required to submit your health permit application paperwork with applicable fee directly to Orange County Health Department. CLICK HERE for HEALTH PERMIT APPLICATION and for more information.
Tables, LED lights, electrical cords NOT included. You must provide your own.
Gray water dump, trash dump roll-off bins, electricity are provided. A 3-way compartmental sink and water will be available for use.

ALL APPLICATIONS require a 50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours of approval.

The undersigned agrees to abide by the official rules of O Entertainment to staff their booth during all festival hours, adhere to the retail prices listed above, to not drive vehicles on fairgrounds during festival hours, adhere to all electrical, fire, health and other codes whether local, county, state or federal, and to clean their booth space.

There is overnight security, however, the BBQ Music Fest is not responsible or liable for accidents, damage, loss or theft of materials/items/personal property left overnight. You may not bring alcohol into the festival site. However, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase onsite for consumption though you may not take alcohol outside of the festival area.

NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING.

All gambling and illegal activity is prohibited.

Each vendor is responsible for the management of their waste disposal to designated roll-offs onsite for the event. Disposal of trash into waste receptacles (trash cans) is prohibited.

Vendors are responsible for their own parking permit. Parking is controlled solely by the City of Huntington Beach. The event offers free parking.

All event power will be shut off no later than (1) hour after the event closes and will not be turned on until (1) hour before the event opens.

If booth space is left vacant without prior permission of O Entertainment, vendor is subject to a $50 per day fine and/or having the space resold to another vendor. Any vendor not paying in full their space fee before opening day must pay an additional $100 late fee for the space.
